Acceptance

By installing or using LLMemory, you agree to these terms.

The service

LLMemory is software that imports, indexes, searches, and exports your AI conversations locally, with optional sync to storage you own. It is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the data you import and for complying with the terms of the AI providers whose conversations you capture.
• You are responsible for the storage accounts (Google Drive, GitHub) you connect and any costs or limits they impose.
• Do not use LLMemory for unlawful purposes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LLMemory and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.

Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
